Great Follow Up to a complaint

Hi Guys, <br> <br> I received a Pizza from Romans with a chilly base and complained to the website. Their response was immediate. Not only did the owner offer to refund the order and replace it, but they were interested in how it happened so that it could be corrected. <br> <br> Couldnt ask for better service. Well done romans
