Good pizza gone bad

<p>First incident, Romans Pizza Bothasig 2016</p> <p> </p> <p>12 February 2016. Bought pizza, found a piece of metal wire in there. Called Romans and informed them and they asked us to return the pizza. So we got our pizza back plus an extra pizza .</p> <p> </p> <p>June 2016- Bough a pizza and requested sweet chili bases for both the pizza’s, husband went and collected the pizza. As we sat down for dinner we realized that the pizza had chili bases and not the sweet chili we requested. Pizza was returned with 3 screaming hungry kids in the car. We arrived at Romans Pizza and guess what, the pizza was not ready since the person taking the orders was not sure if it should be a sweet chili base or a chili base. We left with a cold pizza and an apology from the Manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>19 November 2016</p> <p>Called in as usual and order Pizza for my neighbor and for us as well. When we arrived 20 min later the pizza was almost done and we did not mind waiting a little longer. We got in the car and I said to my husband to check the pizza. Guess what both our pizzas were on thick bases minus the sweet chili bases that we requested. Husband went back in and told the cashier that the order was wrong. He apologized and requested the pizza’s to be remade.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I called the manager and asked him how this is possible when I made perfectly sure I repeat the orders three times. All he said was the cashier punched in the incorrect codes/details etc. We waited another 15 min for the pizza and you won’t believe it the pizza bases were correct this time but minus the sweet chili base was requested. We asked the manager how this mistake came about and he informed us that a sweet chili base cannot be added to the bolognaise pizza. Strange….I informed the manager that previously all my bases were made with sweet chili sauce. Tired and hungry we left with the pizza and went home where we still had to deliver an icy cold pizza to our neighbors.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we eventually sat down to eat we discovered that the dough on the one thick base pizza was still raw. Luckily the thin base pizza was ok. So there we were with three hungry kids, three adults and one pizza…….Husband refused to take pizza back that night and the next morning we delivered the pizza to Romans and walked out without saying anything. I am absolutely disgusted about the service. We have been buying pizza there for three years already and never had such bad service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Utterly disappointed and ready to take this to social media.</p>
