Gone the extra mile to rectify mistake

I wanted to compliment them for being able to apologise for a mistake and ensure that it will be fixed. I was greeted by name and given free pizza to apologise for the not so great one I had purchased. I'll be back there to take advantage of the two large pizzas deal for R90. Thank you for the great customer service, exceeding expectations and providing great tasting pizza
