I would like commend Donovan from bothasig Romans Pizza in the manner he handled my complaint. He made contact personally and offered to replace our order free of charge. He even delivered the order to our complex personally.he went out of his way to assist us even though the mistakes was not his. We made use of the branch again after the incident donovan is a true ambassedor for Romans Pizza. Thank you for your effort and for truely going out of your way. My kids thinks you the coolest uncle ever. Thank you again for putting a smile on our faces, we needed it.
