Foreign object in food

I ordered 2 pizza pies and in one of them while I was eating there was a black like plastic small stick that I could have I fact swallowed unknowing. I sent them an email about it and following day someone called while I was in a meeting and asked them to ring me in 5 minutes. No one ever reached out to to now. How do I bite a pizza pie and find a foreign object in the food and they don't even care??? What are they feeeing to people??? I took pictures for proof
