For cold pizza, order romans...

I ordered online from the Berg Romans order 149. I ordered at 19:06 and called them at 19:30 to confirm ordered received and they confirmed the driver is on his way. I stay 3.5km from the shop. 19:41 I called them again and they said the driver still on his way. At 19:50 (more than 20min later) the driver managed to do the 3.5km trip, delivering two cold pizzas.

We always get excellent service from the shop going in atlaes 2x per month. Now this situation. I wont suggest ordering for delivery.
