Food taking too long and manager not being able to handle complaints professionally....

So I went to roman's pizza krugersdorp/ president hyper today and I placed my order then went shopping for about 30 minutes if not more. The shop was not as packed as it normally is but to my surprise when I went to collect my pizzas I was told that they were not ready and I could see that they had skipped my order but no one said anything. I went to the car to put my groceries and came back and waited another 25 minutes and still nothing. I then went to the counter to ask how far my order was and the cashier asked the lady at the back who didn't give her any answer. I told her I can see that my order has been skipped and she went to the back to check and came back to tell me that the order with be ready in 7 minutes. I told her I would rather have my order cancelled because I have waited too long and nothing was said to me about the delay and I had to go. She went to the manager. The manager basically started the conversation with me before he even reached the counter. No greeting or apology. All I remember is him walking towards me saying he was not aware of the delay and he took the receipt from my hand, threw it on the counter and he walked away saying that he would have given me my 2 pizzas and a 2 litter cold drink but then I have decided to take my money back. I waisted an hour in that establishment and the manager couldn't spare a minute of his time to attend to my complaint instead he said all that with a very bad body language as he was even throwing his hands in the air... I didn't complain so I can get something for free I complained because my order was not made on time and the manager did not even see the need to at least apologize. I understand that he was not aware of the delay but the way he handled the situation was very bad.... He left me standing there and I had to see to it that I go to the cashier and ask for my money back.I feel sorry for the cashiers because they were now left to handle the situation since the manager was clearly too busy to do so or I was not important enough ... A greeting and apology would have gone a long way
