Food at Romans Norkem Questionable

The Norkem store is a complete disaster. No management to speak off and chaos from the door (inconsistent enforcement of Covid requirements), placing the order (the ladies behind the counter don't listen and rather talk to their mates than serve the customers) and then having to wait for my order that they did not even prepare (waited 1/2 an hour just to be repeatedly told that the order is nearly ready, but was told order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes). 45 minutes later I requested that they trace my order and then I was told that they did not prepare anything and the food would be ready shortly. They then served burned, unpresentable food just to get rid of me. If this is the service, is the food even safe?
