Flies feasting on my pizza

So on the 18 of December I ordered two large pizzas at the Romans pizza in Jabulani mall, after paying I ran some errands instead of sitting there and waiting for my order. An hour later upon collection, the lady that was assisting me opens the large box so I could view my order and to my surprise a large green fly was feasting on my pizza, when I told her she claimed that she did not see it and begun to give me an attitude, and only offered me another one to quiet me down as I was loud and she didn’t want other customers to hear me.

As I waited for another one..upon collect when it was ready, I requested to see the one I rejected as I couldn’t trust them, to my surprise the other one was placed back in the pan, which only means it was given to a customer. Also do something about that fly infested shop, you guys sell food for peace sake, you sitting there waiting on your order and you busy shaking flies away, it’s disgusting.
