Flawed ********** Online Ordering System

I ordered the Romans special using the online system yesterday 25/12/2019, the order went through and payment done but when I didn't receive the confirmation sms, I tried calling the store (The Berg Florida Glen), was kept on hold so then I drove t the store only to discover it was closed. Accepting an order and payment knowing the store is closed is *****. When I called today, the manager is arguing with me, basically telling me I don't understand the system, let me clear, I do, Romans has a serious flaw in its online system. If a store is not able to honor an order no payment should be accepted, I should have been notified at the time of ordering that the store is closed. All I wanted was to get my order today but this was not even offered to me. The owner was supposed to call me back but clearly couldn't be bothered. Very disappointing
