Festive Promotional - Festive Disaster

My husband purchased the festive special consisting of any two large pizza,s, a 2ltr ColdDrink & the mini magnums for R199 on Thursday evening and collected the order at 07.45pm as it was a call in order. Only to arrive home and discover that the dough wasn't properly cooked and to make matters worse we were given a box of melted magnum icecreams which not only stained his clothing bu the car interior as well . This sort of thing is not on. One doesn't want to drive up and down only to receive poor service on a continuous basis. To make matters worse the 2l Coca cola we purchased had no fizz in it either and we had discard the icecreams as who the hell gives out melted ice creams . All in all it was a very poor experience an this day and age it seems nobody cares about service anymore.
