False advertising and poor service

I was at the Roman's in Germiston to get the special that was advertised on TV,To my surprise when I got the the special has ended. The TV add says it ends on the 10th of January. I was there on the 9th.

The manager Ronald looked really irritated when asked about the special. His exact words were "the special has ended theres nothing I can do if you are not happy with that you are welcome to call the head office"

I mean what kind of manager says that to customers? He wasn't even trying to explain why the special was cut short. He just kept on saying one thing over and over again wich was really annoying."I can't sell you the special it's over". Then I was helped by the cashier who looked like she could use some sleep. Really???? How can one store has such poor service?
