Failed to deliver promise and toppings I paid for

Good day ,<br> <br> I have religiously been buying your pizza every weekend for me and my disabled mother<br> Every weekend .. <br> <br> I travel a lot a found your pizzas to be the best . Around the 27th or 28th <br> Of December I ordered as I always do . 4 pizzas with extra cheese and fresh tomato <br> Before my flight to the US... This time however I didn't get those extras , I did point <br> It out to the lady and said its not acceptable .i couldn't wait any longer for it to be rectified .and she promised <br> Next time they will fix the issue at no extra cost ...<br> <br> <br> My mother didn't like the last order at all and complained it was tasteless .<br> (I was away for 6 weeks abroad )<br> <br> I returned to you store Saturday , and reminded the lady about the poor service .<br> She was rude and hostile so o didn't bother ordering anything again.<br> <br> Well done you lost a regular customer ... Never thought I would see this day come.<br> <br>
