Extremely Bad service (Romans Pizza Krugersdorp branch)

I did an online order while I was from work. The order was confirmed and the number of the order was; 212 As soon a I went to do the payment in the store suddenly my order number changed. I waited for over 45 minutes then they only told me at that moment that they don't have thick base of which is what I ordered. When I launched a complaint The cashier didn't care nor did the manager show any interest

I'll never set my foot there
