Extremely bad service

Placed on order with romans pizza via the bolt app past 12:00 My 1st order took 2 hours to come the second order came around about past 4 the food was extremely cold and from passing on to the next carrier and the next carrier the items wasn't even presentable to eat

A few moments after I received my food another bolt driver delivers the exact same order but I've already received my order then tells me I need to call the restaurant. I called they spoke to the driver and made him return my order the evening upon wanting to order again I see I was charged for the order and the company nor bolt wants to remove the fee

Because if thus was the point then I could've just not paid for the entire order due to it was way past my lunch time it took almost 3 hours for my food to arrive and it wasn't joyable or presentable at all

I would not want to order from this place again and the staff not that friendly either trying to make the problem mine
