Excellent customer service

We visited our local Roman's pizza in Vredenburg on 1 September. It was very busy as it was month end and loadshedding at the time. The waitron explained that due to loadshedding, that there was a waiting time of approximately 45 minutes. We opted to wait and sat down at the chairs. While waiting we observed the other customers reaction to the long waiting time and how they expressed their dissatisfaction. The waitron never once lost her temper, and helped each and every customer with a smile despite the rude and unhappy customers. She is truly an asset to their business and is an excellent example of displaying excellent customer service. Well done to Sharnette Du Toit. You were an absolute 🌟
