Excellent Customer Service

Firstly, I'd like to thank the Customer Service Manager of Roman's Pizza, Mandy Coetsee, as well as Morris Shumba, whom I assume is the area manager of Roman's in Zevenwacht Mall. I had encountered an undelivered food item on the evening during which I had placed an order, and as soon as I relayed this problem to Mandy, she immediately escalated it to Morris. Morris was courteous, empathetic, and apologetic, and he immediately had my order made and delivered. Upon delivery, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a sincere apology from the driver(I, unfortunately, did not catch his name) who was humble enough to admit that he had mixed up the order the day before. Mistakes happen, but sincerity and humility are rare these days. I am very impressed with Romans @ Zevenwacht. They rightly deserve five stars!
