Enjoy your incorrect order!

On 26/06/2018 at about 13:24 I placed an order with them for one thick base pizza and and thin base pizza. When I got there to collect my order at about 13:39, I found that both the pizza bases were thin instead of one thin and one thick. Before I could point it out, the cashier said they made a mistake. When I pointed out the mistake she just shrugged her shoulders and said nothing. I then asked if they are busy with the correct order and whether I should wait. She then said I can wait but it will take approx. 7 minutes. I decided to take the order as is because if I waited, one half of my order would have been cold by the time the other half is ready. I am writing this complaint because I am sick and tired of the low standards or non existing of customer service and the fact that Romans Pizza Elarduspark by way of the cashier who is their representative, plainly accepts that the order is wrong and expects that I would just accept it. They should have corrected it when they saw it was wrong so that when I collected the order, didn't even notice it.
