Edenvale romans piza bad service

My fiance phoned romans pizza in edenvale to place a order. She spoke to arrogant lady when asked to get the 99rand special with russian and the other one with bbq chicken. Her reply was the 99 rand deal is only the base with cheese.

My fiance phoned me and told me i then double checked and saw that it is with a topping. I phoned them and spoke to the manager which was very polite and said i am correct and he asked what i want to order. I then asked if the russian topping is the tangy russian with onion he said no. I then phoned my fiance back and asked her if it is fine or does she want something else. I then phoned the manager again and asked him how much is it extra to make it tangy russian. The price was 12.90 extra. I said it is fine i want it with the onions. He asked thin or thick based i rep**** thin base both pizzas. When my fiance fetched it she just took it as it was me placing the order. When i got home the one pizza was thick base and one thin. And best of all the russian with the onion s wich was paid extra for was not even on the pizza so i paid 12.90 extra which i never got. Bad service from staff and wont recommend this store
