You have our name & number on your system. Actually, you got someone elses name(Ahmed) on our number on your system.. but that's not the worst part. You advertise \Call & Collect""; and even waited 15mins before coming 2 'collect'; and once I got there; you tell me that the only box waiting for collection was not mine; but you can't tell me what its contents was? This was already 30mins after you confirmed my order over the phone!? People in the queue for 'walk-in' orders; were getting their stuff while I was not. What's up with that? So I paid for my order and THEN only you decide to make it - what's the point of calling (other than wasting my airtime)??<br> You never used to be so backwards with your service.. what's changed?
