Drastically short staffed

Knowing the store would be busy with the promotion that is running for 2 Large Pizzas I phoned at around 18:15 on 10.02.2016 to place an order. I arrived at the store 15 min later, I expected that i may need to still wait a while but what i saw shocked me. There was one lady behind the counter and only 2 people in the kitchen and the store was full of people. It was insane. How can you only have 3 people on duty on a day that there is a special running and you know it will be busy! I landed up waiting for a total of 45 min. If it was not for Eunice I would have left. She maintained a friendly demeanor even though she was running around like a headless chicken. And between all the customers she was assisting in the front she still helped the kitchen staff who were on a serious <br> GO SLOW. I am appalled by this and will absolutely not return to that Romans. I will rather support another store.
