Dont even bother responding to complaint
Dont know why HO bother having a complaint form if they dont even have the decency t? repl to the dissatisfied customer!!! I sent it on 24/1/2016 with confirmation it was received and again on 16 Feb asking why nobody has bothered to reply to me but still nothing. YOUR SERVICE WAS PATHETIC AND SO IS YOUR HEAD OFFICE !!!!! But what do you care, you make millions so a dissatisfied customer means nothing to you. So sick of NO customer service in SA. Its shocking.
