Hi, extremely disappointed with Romans pizza Rietfontein, I Made a order 2 Large Pizzas and a small pizza and was confirmed via sms at 19:45, I then phoned the store to ask about my order, and that was at 21:00, They said they are waiting on the driver for the pick up, we waited and decided to phone again at 21:13 ( asked to speak to a manager and i asked what is happening with my order) and the manager told me the driver its on its way, at 21:20 the delivery guy came and delivered the pizza ice cold, it is (unacceptable), Then the store of Romans pizza Rietfontein Phoned me and said it was delivered, i then said it is unacceptable, And would never support Your franchise again, His Response was ( Just ok ), Do not support Romans pizza Rietfontein....
