Dissatisfied customer service

Such a bad customer service. I order pizza online from Lynnwood for a meeting at 1pm. They gave me two options Silverton and Brooklyn. I chose Silvertion which was closest and they charged for delivery. Next thing i get SMS that my order will be reversed and was not processed. When i call to ask why they tell me they do not deliver and i ask when is the money going to reflect. She tells me to re-order from Lynnwood and that i must call head office. Now head office says they cannot do anything on heir side nor ask the close Roman's to do the delivery. What kind of business is this kant?? Yho the way i am so disappointed with Roman's right now.
