Disorganised and offering old food

I am very disappointed in Romans Vallry Virw. We were there last week Friday we placed an order and my mom did. We waited forty minutes and our order came out. They forgot to make my mom’s garlic bread and we then had to wait for it. Our pizza was cold. Today we went there again today. Only ordered a garlic bread and we were told it would be 35 minutes. After forty minutes and our order not being on the board yet we decided to cancel it. Then the one lady at the till walked back and came back with a garlic bread. Who knows how long that thing has been there that she wanted to give to us as it was ice cold. We can all see that they were busy but they have are really rude and can’t organise anything! The two ladies at the tills are the worst. Instead of answering us in English she shouted to her friend in a language we could obviously not understand. You really need to work on this. I am definitely not supporting you again very soon.
