Disgusting service. Romans doesn't deliver
Disgusting service. Understanding we are in lockdown I ordered ahead of time. Croydon Romans pizza. I ordered at 5pm and received confirmation of my order. 1 hour later I called to check on my order and the lady assured me it was on its way. 2 hours later still nothing. Their phones are off and closed. I called Mandy from their customer service and no answer. My order was paid in full. I demand a full refund.

I am so sorry for the frustration and disappointment with the online order you placed yesterday, and that I wasn't able to take your call at the time! I can certainly understand and appreciate that you would not be happy about this.
I did escalate this last night to the store to find out what happened here. The area manager will also be getting in touch with you personally today to make sure this is addressed and attended to.
