Disgusting service delivery from managers!
I am only giving one star because the system doesn't doesn't have a lower option. Two weeks ago I had the worst experience from Romans Pizza in Roodepoort. I ordered online and the order was accepted and paid for including delivery fee because I couldn't leave home. A few minutes later I receive a call from a manager called Caswell asking me if i can meet the driver at a garage because their drivers are to scared to come to the area or if I want a refund instead but that can only be refunded me within 3-7 working days. I called head office to report this and was referred to another manager at the Roodpoort store his name Dani, a very rude and obnoxious man who didn't even care about my complaint he didn't listen to me at all. I have never ever experienced such appalling service before. What happened to customer service? Why accept the order knowing you wont deliver to the area

In order for stores to efficiently manage the logistical requirements with delivery orders they can unfortunately only effectively & safely service certain areas within a certain radius around the store. We really do apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience that they were not able to assist you with your delivery.
