Disgusting Service and Cold Food

Last night I called through an order for 4 pizzas. After about 10 minutes I arrived at the store, paid for my order, and proceeded to wait for them to call my order number.<br> After waiting a further 30 minutes and no one calling my order number I asked at the counter where my order was as they had gone past its number already. This is where they pulled my order from the back of the kitchen. I don't know how long it had been waiting there but it was ice cold. When I asked the staff what the hell was going on, all I got was shrugged shoulders - no explanation, nothing.<br> The pizza was revolting - it was cold and had dried out. It was so bad that I didn't even bother to eat it.<br> I will not be going to Romans ever again!
