Disgusting Service

<p>We placed a call-in order to the Glen Marais branch and it was stated over the phone by the staff at the restaurant that the food (2 pizzas) would be ready in 15 minutes. We arrived...15 minutes later an i still had to wait another 30 minutes. By this time they questioned me as to why i was waiting for so long and they realised that my order hadnt even been placed, nor prepared or cooked. I has to wait 45 minutes for my food after it was told to me it would be ready in 45. When i complained about it, staff told me to "just calm down and relax".. I will NEVER support your disgusting chain of restaurants ever again as long as i am living.</p>
