Disgusting service

Service last month or so has been disgusting! 1st time I had a issue with ordering thick base and after payment got told they only have thin base, myself as a person who works in retail understands the complications on refunds. So I let it slide and that honestly was the worst pizza iv had, now today the 13th of April 2024 my wife goes to get pizza and asks for thick base. She pays and gets thin base, then she puts in a request on why it's thin base and she gets laughed at. This is disgusting! Specially from a trainee. This store will never see me again! And I highly recommend you go else where for better service! Just totally and utterly disgusting to treat customers this way. (Customers are always right)
