Disgusting service

So last Saturday the 30th of April, after taking out the family for my son's birthday, my son says he would like pizza for supper, we then drive to Romans at St Peter's square, Observatory, we get there and place an order of that R149,90 special which comes with a cold drink at around 7:30, at around 8 pm we still didn't hear our number being called, my lady went to the counter and asked where is order number 195, that's when we realised that all the online orders were being sorted of 1st and priority are given to them, because there came in probably like 30+ online orders who all received their orders within 10 minutes of pitching up and people who come into the store has to wait. The lady at the counter then said it will be ready in about 5 minutes, we waited 5 minutes which passed then 15 minutes went by and that's when I got up and demanded my R200 and told the staff to cancel my order, they then quickly managed to sort it out by this time I lost my ****, I think the manager on duty tried to speak to me but I was having none of that, when I ask for my money back don't give me the food that I have been waiting for almost an hour for. Lesson to your useless staff doesn't neglect your walking in staff for your online orders. Then we went to KFC across the road and received our order within 10 minutes of placing it
