Disgusting pizza and Rude Manger (Amina) at Athlone branch

I am extremely dissapointed with Roman's Pizza in Athlone. After complaining on Facebook, and given my honest opinion because I wouldn't want this to happen to someone else. The pizza is dry, the chicken on the pizza is dry and chewy. In this day and age we should get value for our money. Amina, who I assume is the manager, phoned me. Not to apologize. But to basically tell me I ****. She was very agressive and rude on the phone. She said she had the same pizza and their chicken is not dry and I must have a different taste. I believe that when ordering food, the standard should be good and quite frankly this was not good. Furthermore the manager Amina is extremely rude and unprofessional, she has no sensitivity when dealing with customers. I refuse to support this place in future.
