Disgusted and humiliated

I order 4 pizza's from Romans Mamelodi yesterday 2 March 2016 with order no 607 Yvonne. I ordered 4 different large pizza's, 1 x chicken & mushroom, 1 x Spare Rib & Pineapple, 1 x Hot One & 1 x Four in One . I called around 16:50 and place my order and went to fetch it around 17:55. I arrived there and the shop was very full with no space to move. I went through and to pay for my order and waited 45 mins for my order. My order was ready and my no. was called so the lady only checked the 2 pizza's on top which was 1 x Spare rib & 1 X Four in One. when I arrived home I opened the boxes and to my suprise it was all just the same pizza's no Hot One & Chicken & mushroom. I invited friends over for pizza and some of them don't eat pork and to my embarrassment all of them were pork. I tried calling the shop and held on for more then 30 mins and was disconnected after that, I tried again 3 times but couldn't speak to anybody. I don't have a car and couldn't take it back coz I'm staying far from Romans I'm staying in Eersterust. I felt so humiliated and ashamed coz I invited people over but could't give them any food. I had to call KFC and order chicken which was a extra expense.
