Disgusted !!!

I bought a Chicken Salad for lunch from Romans Pizza St Johns Pinetown.Looked so good,as i ate i saw a huge chunk of lettuce at the bottom and decided to break it to eat.The was a huge fat worm in the leettuce which shows it had not even been washed and prepared.Disgusting .Feel so sick lokking at it.Highly frustrated and disgusted.Got a pic as proof.
