disgust

I find it very sad and angry about my service I received on Friday 22 Jun2018. I phone through for the special on Friday night and another 30min later I phoned through for another special. I understand that my second order will not have been ready when I got there. I paid for both then went shopping to wait for the second order to come out. the lady still advised me that it will come out shortly (even went around to the back to check) and off I went(shopping) when i returned I asked if my second order will be ready only to find out that they have lost my order - the order slip sell down somewhere and my order was not done- I asked then for the manage (Memory) and she advise that it will be another 6mins and she apologised for the wait and that I can get a 2l cool drink for the inconvenience. I waited another 30 mins for my second order to come out because it was apparent 6 orders that "fell" down and I still had to wait for that ones to be done before my order came out.

I have no idea why they say phone and collect when you still have to waiting 2 hours for your order to come out!!!
