Disappointing staff

Very rude staff on the phone or in person. There has been a recent change in staff and they are RUDE to a point where I do not want to go back!

Do they get any customer service training? The Sunday staff on Sunday 19 October 2025...need to learn to speak to people with manners and not in such bad tone of voice.
