Disappointing

Tonight on the 25/10/2017 we ordered pizza from Romans Pizza Florentia...What a disappointment. Firstly I ordered a thick base which was thin. And on the slip said thick base so the kitchen messed up. At home I realised they had forgotten a topping I requested which I paid for. And this is not the first time they have messed up my order.

I was contacted by Roman's Pizza's PR relations department regarding my comment. I was assured that the franchise will be contacted with regards to my complaint, and the problem will be rectified. Thanks so much for the prompt response and I am sure changes will be made.

I have been to Roman's Pizza Florentia a few times in the last couple of months. The service has improved immensely. We have had no further problems. I would recommend them to family and friends.
