disappointed in the service

I am very disappointed in the service. i ordered on friday the 23/09/2022 at 17h50 and it took them 2 hours to deliver my order. after me calling them like 5 times they said the driver is on the way when the driver eventually came he said that is came from Garsfontein. The pizza was very cold. i am really disappointed. never will i order from them again
