Disappointed
I am so disappointed with the service I received at Roman's Pizza Thabong shopping center. I have been a customer since the store opened doors, today I called in for a delivery and I was told that they don't deliver where I live. I was told they deliver till a certain area and their ending point is 5 minutes from where I live. The people I spoke to didn't even care how i felt.. all they cared about was the fact that they don't deliver to my area. Why are we excluded from such? You guys have lost a customer! I'll called debonairs pizza and they were more than willing to deliver. I'm so disappointed

We're really sorry that the store was not able to assist you with the delivery order in the specific area that you stay. In order for stores to efficiently manage the logistical requirements with delivery orders they can unfortunately only effectively & safely service certain areas within a certain radius around the store. We really so apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience that they were not able to assist.
