Dipuo well done

I’d like to share a big thank you to Dipuo at Romans Pizza Northam for the amazing service I received! I walked in unsure of what pizza to order, and she kindly suggested a flavour I had never tried before — and it turned out to be absolutely delicious!

I was also in a rush to attend class and mentioned my time constraints. Dipuo assured me the order would be ready in about 15 minutes — and she was spot on! I timed it, and exactly 15 minutes later, my order was ready, fresh and hot.

Her politeness, efficiency, and customer-focused attitude really made my day. I hope the store gets more staff like Dipuo who truly understand what great customer service means. Thank you once again
