Customers can be very abusive for no reason

I was told while ordering pizza over the phone that it will take more than an hour but the call cut. I decided to go to the shop and it was over packed. every customer that was there was told upfront about the waiting time and that thick base was out of stock. most customers still went ahead and bought then a few minutes later they would verbally abuse the staff telling them how useless they are and how slow the service is even when they could see that those poor guys were running around. just want to say well done to the staff for keeping the cool even though they were now on double shifts, these people travel by taxis and it was well after 8. that was we call disaster management, well done guys.<br> <br> hats off
