Completely disappointing service from Romans Pizza

I ordered 3 small pizzas from Romans Pizza in Klipfontein Road last night to have an easy meal with my family. When I got there, <br> FIRSTLY - the order was wrong - wrong toppings, wrong pizza, specific instructions not followed.<br> SECONDLY - I ordered thick bases and they ran out of thick bases but no one cared to contact me and ask me if I wanted thin bases. I still got there and paid for them and yet no one mentioned that there are no more thick bases. The pizzas were clearly not done yet - I wonder what is the point of phoning and ordering anyway. I was made to wait for about 20 minutes and Romans Pizza just decided for me that I will be having thin bases last night!!!<br> THIRDLY - when the order arrived, I was still not informed about the thin bases and the pizza were handed over to me and if I did not check, I would only find out about this when reaching home.<br> FOURTHLY - I was then offered to have my pizzas done over again with a thick base in the medium size. I agreed on the condition that it was not going to take long. When the pizza arrived, I had the surprise of only 1 of them being replaced - the wrong order.<br> <br> A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND SPOILING MY EVENING!!!
