complaint

Romans pizza Soshanguve Thorntree,Has appalling service. I have complained serveral times to store managers regarding the raw dough they serve instead of well done pizza .Over and above this, their pizza toppings are not fresh. I called in @20:05 26th Nov to once again complain about raw doughy pizza with off toppings and the cashier was rude and unattentive, basically telling that I should return the pizza at my own cost and inconvenience. The manager was made aware of my complaint and never even came out to resolve the matter. The replacement pizza came out still raw, with no toppings #Shocked! Finally after waiting almost an hour, they are trying again for the third time, which is edible but I have since lost my appetite to say the least #Bored
