Trusting you're well. I placed my order at 16:58 on the website and was advised of a waiting time of 45Min. after waiting until 17:44 I called and was advised they would call the driver. I waited until 17:51 with no call and called back again and asked for the manager I believe I spoke to Sam who said he would call me cack in a minute I again waited until 18:00 again and cancelled my order. is this how pathetic your service has become?
