CLOSED BEFORE CLOSE TIME - BAD ATTITUDE!!

Romans Pizza - Parkrand Piazza Boksburg<br> <br> On 31 December 2015 - we arrived at romans pizza to order pizza - door was closed at 5:35pm<br> <br> On the window I saw a sign stating the stores closing times during the holidays! that specific day the store was closed from 6pm!<br> <br> I confronted the staff telling them they cannot close prior to close time and they should allow customers to enter up until its specified close time! <br> <br> The manager tells me \they have allot of things to do"<br> <br> what kind of business is this? <br> <br> We knew the store was closing 6pm and therefore arrived quite some time before close time!<br> <br> This is NOT acceptable! <br> <br> I order pizza every Friday or Saturday every week from your store and I feel like I should rather go to another romans.<br> <br> To chase a customer away like this is bad service and completely insulting! <br> <br> We wasted our time/petrol coming to this store knowing it was \""OPEN\""<br> <br> And then the guy had a silly remark to say afterwards shutting the door in our face!<br> <br> What happened to good business? I can answer that.....its left in the hands of *********** staff! simple as that!<br> <br> You should not close at 6pm in any case! teach the staff some manners!"""
