Capture your customers

I love Roman's Pizza and used to have it every week. Unfortunately along came covid and caused a lot of destruction. If your staff are telling you that it is the pandemic that is causing lack of business then they are wrong. Another big issue is that you are displaying specials and then telling customers that they are not available, Many are just walking out, like myself. Just remember that people are tired of their own cooking, Now is an opportunity to capture them. Someone is going to soon. The pity for the restaurants and takeaways is already wearing off with the high prices. I was at a Roman's which was empty and the takeaway next door was queuing. After the issue above I also went next door.
