Can never get the rite pizza

It’s the second time I ordered from romans pizza willow crossing in Pretoria east and I can never get thick base!! The guy said that they don’t have a thick base pan.... then why the hell ask me if I want thick base????? And as I’m talking to him on the phone he just ignores me and speaks to someone else over the counter in his own language.... you can’t get any ruder than that. I am very disappointed in the romans pizza willow crossing !!! Bad service and poor client s****s. And when I pitched up to collect the pizza it was done like a dogs breakfast !!! This is disgusting and I’m not a big fan anymore.
