calling to orde and waiting 30min to get cold piz
We ordered pizza over the phone. They said we could collect it in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we went to romans and they told us it is not ready yet. 30 minutes later i asked what the problem was because orders that came in after us were all out. They checked and the pizza was ready AND COLD. They never called our number. Worst service i have seen in a long time and staff have very bad attitudes.
