Call and collect no service

I tried calling on ********** and could not get through. Eventually I went in and was told I would have to wait up to 30 minutes, but that was only after I paid for the pizza. If the phone worked or you had more lines working you could run a more efficient service. Dont offer services you dont have capacity to meet.
