Buy your pizza today, get told you will receive it tomorrow

I order 2 specials via uber eats, (2x 2 large pizzas, ice cream and 2 litre cool drinks).

Only one special was delivered, so I called the store to let them know the order was incorrect. The response was the following: 1) they were confused by the order, 2) I was asked to come to the store and collect the order myself as they didn’t have drivers 3) I was asked to hold while they discussed shifts in the background, until my airtime ran out I loaded airtime and called back after some time as I didn’t receive a call back. Upon that was told the following: 1) the area manager was called and he confirmed that my order would be delivered the following day 2) explained that I want my food same day as if I wanted food the following day, I would have ordered the following day 3) was told that they could not do anything bout my account already being debited the full price and I should wait for the manager to call me the following day.

And the damn pizza was cold.
